Who might 219.74.224.90 and 220.255.52.162 be?

well...the internet provider has finally revealed who they are. They are actually ONE person. I got the name of the parents. The Abuse team from the internet provider has also asked me whether I would like to take legal actions against this family.

well...let's just say this...I am contemplating to do it.

have yet to receive any apologies.

I will take legal action against you if you don't plead guilty.
