At 4mths old, Kashif is growing up well at 6.29kg. We just had him checked and immunised two days back and alhamdulilah he's a boy without ragam, I would say. There were the occasional slight fever but all's well.

Kashif can now turn and be on his stomach. He's been practising real hard for the past month and for the past three weeks he's been grabbing the chance to turn and turn at every opportunity.

Oh yeah, he's teething already and just yesterday his daddy caught a glimpse of his first tiny weeny tooth on his lower right gums. It was exciting to see my little one's tooth. Oh and his favourite food is his finger mcnuggets. Bought him a teether but he still prefers his chubby fingers.

Being at home and not working while knowing everyone is busy at work is really a great feeling. Haha, I sound bad but the feeling's great when I know I can wake up real late (well actually not, Kashif wakes up at 9am) and saunter in the house with my housecoat and then watching Oprah Winfrey, Ellen DeGeneres and Rachael Ray and watching drama reruns and Kids Central all day. My bed has become my living room, it's where I eat, sleep and roll around with Kashif.

Just last week, we took Kashif swimming. It was his first touch to the chlorine water. We were rather sceptical and anxious to see how Kashif would react to water. Being paranoid parents, we bought him 3 sets of swimming apparel and put him on with all three! We were hoping he would enjoy the water just like we do. And he did! He's a real fish! Haha, we left him with the float and he's kicking the water and 'swimming' away from us without a single cry for help!

Getting ready!
Look ma, I'm swimming!

I have said my piece!
