A grim week indeed...and it's only Thursday!

On Monday... there was a fire in my block...I bet it must be the work of the youths who have been hanging around the blocks. I am just so frustrated every day witnessing my block becoming a 'maksiat' block. I can see young couples groping and fondling shamelessly in broad daylight in full view of my neighbours' children. At night, I can see people sitting at the staircases playing poker cards. Beer bottles, cigarette butts and litter are just some of the common sights. It's funny coz my flat is just opposite the road and also in front of West Mall. Looks like the dignity of these youths have gone straight into their pants! My block is littered, smashed and dirtied! Coming back to the fire, the whole block was smothered with black smoke. Fearing of gas leak...me with my nightgown looking very dowdy like a makcik...made my way down with my hun. Of course, we took the stairs and of course, on every floor I see students of PEPS with their families. After an hour downstairs, we made our way up and then the blackout! *sighs* Nevertheless, it became one of the most exciting Mondays in my life! A lesson learnt...need to buy a bigger torchlight and I should buy one cheap nice looking jubah and tudung on standby, just in case!

Then...another news, the next day...a lady died on the spot when a tree pinned her down in the early hours at Bukit Batok Nature Reserve. And then, today a girl got knocked down and died on the spot. *sighs* Death certainly comes unexpectedly. You might be going for a walk ...bham! you're dead!....You're heading somewhere all ready for a nice day....then bham! that's it! I kept thinking about the incidents today....do these people know they are dying today? What were their thoughts before they left the house? Getting goosebumps...better stop at this now...

I have said my piece!
