Nothing much or significant happenened during the holidays...usually me and hubby will head off to Tioman but last year's experience of missing the boat and because of high tide, we brushed it off this year. So what did I do for the last 4 days? On Sat, we wnet to JB to shop coz Mummy wanted to cook Nasi Lemak for Monday's rendezvous. It was normal except for the fact while I was making fun of this 'Indian Tenderloin and Striploin', I turned and saw this man carrying two horrendously looking snakes. It scared the wits out of me. I was running to my mummy and I nearly burst into tears. It was such a shock! Anyway, Papa and Najib were happy coz it means less shopping from me and Mummy. We continued to look for soda ...and guess what the man appeared again! So what to do? Me and mummy left Najib and Papa to pay and we scooted off to the car and locked ourselves in! Stupid Giant! You think it's exotic to bring these creatures in ah? Papa being the protective one wanted to lodge a complaint but he couldn't find any managers on duty (maybe they are having reunion dinners) ... On Sunday, me and Najib bummed out at home. Going from TV to TV from living room, to our bedroom to our studyroom and the cycle continues. Told Najib it's been a long time since we stayed at home and do nothing but watch TV. Watched SEPET...it rekindles memories of courtship days and I cried in the end! Such a moving story but ugly and high-nosed Sharifah Amani. Well, Monday was a lil bit different. We went for a picnic at East Coast with Mamu Jamal's family. As usual...we ate and ate...swam and swam...and ate and ate again...I think we did it for like three times. We had a competition in the swimming pool ...our record was 259! We also had a family against family game of badminton with a beach ball... Just like the Thailand against Spore game... our referee was RAFIchandran. Kelong ah! Our Kasim Khan family lost...why? Rafichandran is on Mamu Jamal's family side and he said if he doesnt let them win...he kena walloped! It's always fun when the 7 of us meet... Rahim's wife was busy with her two kids and Farouk's wife was tak larat pasal nak dekat beranak...so it was just us folks...Me, Murni, Siddiq, Najib, Farouk, Rahim and Firdaus. We had a 'whale' of a time in the pool till about 9. Semua kembang bila keluar! Left quite early, tired out aand also there were many cicaks...cannot stand it! Yesterday...another bum out day! This time it was me and me alone! Watched TV and finished up my exam papers! YAHOOOOOOO! At last! Fell sick and today I am on MC. In two hours from 930 to 1130...I went two doctors...GP in Bt Batok and Gynae in Thomson Medical...den to West Mall to get my prescribed drug...
Well what am I going to do now? I don't know...still got my appraisal report and my IT course stuff to do...Oh yeah...lesson plan...! Shucks! Better get it done before the day ends!
